•Amenities-
Guests have full use of our gardens, choice of deck areas, walking trails, fire pit area, as well as numerous locations along the creek, perfect for a quiet little escape for doing absolutely nothing. All rates include breakfast at the Mill House and afternoon Southern Tea and refreshments.
• Reservations-
Reservations for events such as weddings and family reunions require a 50% deposit to hold your selected dates.
Reservations for rooms require a credit card to hold the room and charges will not be incurred if cancellation is made by 24 hours beforearrival date.
•Check in/out-
Check in is 3:00 PM.
Check out is Noon.
•Payment-
We will gladly accept your credit cards-
Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
And of course cash and good checks are always welcome.
• Smoking-
The Inn at Sutton Mill asks that smoking be restricted to the outdoor areas and that smoking materials be disposed of in the receptacles provided for this purpose.
•Pets/Children-
Although we love pets, they are not allowed to stay at the Inn.
Our policy is adults only (over 16).
•Rates-
Rates are for single or double occupancy and are subject to change. Multiple night stays may be required during peak season.
Local sales tax will be added to your rates.
