The Sutton Mill building is a restored grist mill originally built in the 1890's. It features a main lobby, a full kitchen area, a combination dining room / sun room, and a sitting area where you can gather around a warming fireplace, handcrafted of local stone. Accommodations in this original structure include Mill House suites 1 and 2 as well as a third suite of two bedrooms with a shared living area.

Mill House Suite 1
Our Suite1 is located on the second floor of the Mill House and is furnished with a king sized bed, 400 thread count linens, flat screen TV and private bath. The spacious bath has a jetted tub and separate shower. The bedroom opens onto its own sleeping porch overlooking Sutton Creek and our spring fed pond

Mill House Suite 2
Mill House Suite 2 is located on the second floor of the original mill building and features locally handcrafted furnishings, a king sized bed, bath with oversized shower, flat screen TV and overlooks Sutton Creek.

Mill House Suite 3
Suite 3 is located on the top floor of the Mill House. This suite is unique in the fact that it has two separate bedrooms joined by a living area. Each bedroom is quite spacious with a queen size bed and a vanity.
The bathroom is located off of the living area. Suite 3 allows you the option of having one bedroom or both if you so choose. The living area itself has its own private entrance giving you complete privacy. Enjoy quiet conversation, play board games, watch TV, read that book you’ve been putting off or just enjoy the sounds of Sutton Creek as you relax in the living area.

Miller’s Cottage
Miller’s Cottage is a small rustic cabin located on the banks of Sutton Creek with all the comforts of home. Professionally decorated, it is filled with unique furnishings which add to its undeniable charm.
Miller’s Cabin offers one main bedroom with a queen size bed and a separate sleeping loft with its own day bed and a comfortable sitting area set up for board games or quiet times with your favorite book. Other features include a full bathroom, kitchen and dining area, and a spacious living room with a uniquely crafted rock fireplace.
The cottage has its own stone patio and spacious deck overlooking Sutton Creek and our own specially designed fire pit.
Though totally separate from the Inn, Miller’s Cottage is located beside the waterfall by the old mill dam. It promises to be a magical place blending past and present. Truly a place of natural perfection.

The Barn House
The Inn at Sutton Mills’ latest attraction is the Barn House. A uniquely designed building which reminds us all of a thoughtful home which speaks to the past. It is decorated with choice pieces articulating the style which combines the history of the Sutton Mill with the comforts of today.
The Barn House has suites 5 and 6, a full kitchen and sitting area, and a large patio which affords you the pleasure of listening to and viewing Sutton Creek.
